Is there any interest in a road trip/drive to the Highlands, NC on Friday, October 4th? We'll return on Saturday, October 5th, ending our journey at Big Green Egg's EGGtoberfest for their 50th Anniversary. Our adventure begins on Friday morning with coffee (location TBD) before driving to the Highlands for lunch (location TBD). We'll enjoy a 60-mile mountain drive, followed by dinner at Wild Thyme restaurant. We'll spend the night at 200 Main in downtown Highlands. On Saturday, we'll start our day with coffee (location TBD) and then head back to Atlanta for EGGtoberfest to savor delicious food grilled on the EGG. While at EGGtoberfest, our cars will be on display for a Cooks & Cars Show at the event. The cost is $625 per person or $750 per couple sharing a room.
